HOW TO JOIN

There are 2 ways to join the club:

  1. Reccommendation from an existing member
  2. By meeting with a member of the committee (by coming along to Styx)

It is important that new members are clear what is expected of them - in terms of behaviour, fundraising and the rules of the club. Current members are accountable for those they reccommend to join and it is up to them to make sure they are clear what is expected. Basically, if you bring someone into the club and they don't behave themself or are not pulling their weight then it's up to you to have a word with them.

If you think Fife's Finest is for you and you'd like to get involved, come along to Styx on home matchdays and meet the lads.

We're also always on the lookout for ideas for fundraising events and opportunities to help Raith Rovers so if you would like to contribute or become a member you can contact stelios@fifesfinest.co.uk

Memberships for 2007/08 will cost £5 for adults, £3 for 13-16 year-olds and free for under-13s.

Deadline for new membership cards is 31st December 2007. Thereafter there will be no new membership cards issued until next season.

Club Rules

  • Any issues to be raised should go through one of the current committee members, for discussion with the group
  • Quinny will organise the busses. Under no circumstances shall anyone other than Quinny contact the bus driver to arrange pickup times unless hisconsent is given first.
  • Seats on the bus are booked on a first-come-first-served basis. Cancellations should be confirmed with Quinny directly (not via someone else) by 5pm on the Thursday before the match (if the match is on a Saturday). If you fail to do so you are liable for the seat and will not be allowed to travel on the bus again until you have paid it.
  • Existing members may bring non-members on the bus on a first-come first-served basis if there are seats available.
  • The driver is the authority on the bus. Unnacceptable behaviour ion the bus will result in a 'yellow card'. Continual bad behaviour will result in a 'red card' which means expulsion from the bus. Yellow cards may be recinded on the basis of good behaviour and contribution to the club.
  • All members are expected to contribute to the fundraising efforts of the club. Those who do not i.e. people that only join for the benefits may be refused membership renewal next season
  • Whilst everyone is responsible for their own behaviour, how you behave in fotball stadiums, home or away, reflects on all of us. Whilst the committee is there to ensure the running of the club and keep things organised, they are not baby-sitters! Therefore everyone has a duty to ensure they behave themselves.
  • All official communication is to be done through Stelios. Members are asked not to post messages online on behalf of Fife's Finest unless agreed by the committee first. Doing so will be considered a breach of club rules.
  • We will continue to show respect for other Raith Rovers fans, the club, our sponsors and business partners as well as (barring the 90 minutes during the match) respecting rival supporters.
