MEMBER AWARD WINNERS 2007

Drunk of the Year: Blair Thomson aka Thommo

The most hotly contested award of the year with many people in the running, Thommo's performance earned him the esteemed reputation of 'Drunk of the Year'. His performances falling off the bus on the way home from Stranraer, falling asleep at Cappielow (alhtough nae wonder!) and getting us into trouble on Uncle George's bus for one or two spillages, Thommos beat off competition from Ryan, Chubby, Goblin, Stelios and Lennon to win the award!

Congratulations Thommo! The lads will be working extra hard to claim that award from you next season!

Best Fancy Dress: Jock Gray aka Chubby

Was pretty clear cut that Chubby would win this award. Dressed up as his counterpart Roy 'Chubby' Brown, Jock's fancy dress was complemented by his perforamance away at Forfar. One which he can't remember! Lucky we've got the photo gallery!

Worst Singer: Allan Traynor aka Stelios

There was a lot of competition in the voting for this one, and despite the best efforts of PC, Smithy, Craigyboy and Andy the 'worst singer' award was deservedly presented to Stelios - and even Rovers chairman Dave Sommerville agreed!

Stelios' voice can be heard bellowing Rovers songs on matchdays and often leading the choir, however this does not translate well when on a mic. Most nights he doesn't even need a microphone!

It's a bad state when ever former Rover Ronnie Coyle complained!

Worst Dancer: Aaron Ross aka Lennon

No competition really! In fact, it was so unanimous we didn't even bother asking people to vote!

That said, there were a couple of close contenders!
